2024 has the potential to be a pivotal year for convenience services operators. With the pandemic now distantly in the rear-view mirror and with employees seemingly returning to the workplace, there will be some real opportunity to gain back a significant amount of lost ground.

Each year, there are certain select products that emerge as game-changers – products that really make a difference for operators and end users. This webinar will focus on some game-changing products from our sponsors, Lighting for Impact and Mars, but will also explore what operators, end users and account decision-makers are looking for in 2024. We will talk to operators, industry consultants and other leaders about what they feel will drive the industry next year.

Topics will include the following:

  • What will motivate decision-makers in 2024?
  • Are there some sustainability game-changers?
  • Will indulgent products be the game-changer? We know of some.
  • Micro market game-changer – it’s about lighting.
  • Can local products be a game-changer in your market?
  • As office populations grow, will employers keep looking for game-changing amenities?
  • What trends will emerge in 2024 and help define workplace amenities?
  • Will AI be a game-changer in convenience services?
  • What was the biggest game-changer in 2023?
