What began as a garage-based business with a handful of employees serving customers in a four-county area surrounding Sikeston, it has grown to 180 employees with multiple facilities and customers in four states.
Burch Food Services’ primary focus is serving food to the end consumer in manufacturing facilities by means of self-checkout markets, cafeterias, vending and office coffee service. Burch Food Services also operates a USDA inspected culinary center in Sikeston along with distribution centers in Paragould Ark., Newbern and Jackson, Tenn.
As the consumer has evolved so has Burch Food Services through constant efforts to improve consumer transactions.
