Mississippi Man Creates Corn Vending Machine

July 27, 2015

A corn vending machine has made its way to Mississippi. Chip Chisholm needed to purchase corn for deer, but he could never make it to the store during normal business hours the Vicksburg Post reports. His solution was to create the Corn Xpress, a large corn vending machine that dispenses five, ten, 33 or 55 gallons of corn. Chisholm worked with partners to create the machine electronics and fabrication and placed his first machine in 2014 and his second machine in 2015.

The machines, which can also be used to dispense grains, pellets and rock salt, accept cash or credit.
