NAMA Coffee, Tea And Water (CTW): Much More Than What’s In Your Cup

Aug. 5, 2019

What new products are available in the office coffee service (OCS) segment? Which consumer trends are truly driving change in OCS? What emerging technologies do OCS operators need to know about? How can operators increase micro market sales with OCS? What does the workplace of the future look like, and how can OCS operators stay ahead of trends to best serve it?

These questions are among the many topics that will be discussed at the annual NAMA Coffee, Tea and Water (CTW) event, to be held November 18 to 20 at the Anaheim Marriott in Anaheim, CA. NAMA’s CTW show, focused on the $4.25 billion U.S. coffee services industry, is the world’s largest coffee service event, drawing OCS operators and other full-line vending service companies from around the country. Last year, the event hosted more than 900 attendees and 120 exhibitors.

Once again, the CTW show will feature an exhibit hall filled with exciting new products to enhance any OCS operator’s offerings, from food and drinks to the latest technological advances to help business owners manage operations more efficiently and effectively.

The daily schedule is packed with informative educational sessions, including a keynote address from Todd Carmichael, co-founder and CEO of La Colombe Coffee Roasters. Carmichael will share the story of his global journey of adventurer, environmentalist and entrepreneur to become co-founder and CEO of La Colombe. His session is sure to not only educate, but inspire.

NAMA will offer an additional educational tract through The Essence of Coffee program, which will deliver state-of-the-art content for those who manage business growth so they can be on the cutting edge of coffee experience. This tract was first offered at the 2018 CTW event, and this year’s modules will focus on collaborative commerce and top-to-bottom OCS operations. Both sessions require advance registration.

Despite the event’s full agenda, there still will be plenty of time for networking and socializing with industry peers and prospective clients. Registration is now open at namanow.org/events/coffeeteaandwater
