Join this Automatic Merchandiser/VendingMarketWatch.com webinar, sponsored by Marco Beverage Systems that explores the data – generated by a survey of Automatic Merchandiser’s operator readership – and the results of the 2021 report.

Following a disastrous 2020 in the OCS industry, the data for 2021 showed some improvement, but still left OCS operators with a long way to go toward achieving anything near a strong recovery. As plans to return to the office continued to change – 2021 was another challenging year, especially in the once sought-after accounts in downtown areas of the nation’s largest cities. There is a silver lining. The trajectory is heading in an upward direction and some very favorable trends that emerged in 2021, now appear to be part of the landscape in 2022 and beyond.

The webinar will welcome ongoing audience participation and operator engagement.

Attendees will learn about:

  • 2021 sales compared with 2020 and a strong 2019.
  • Changing product trends.
  • The impact of large companies on industry revenue.
  • OCS equipment trends.
  • The new “must have” items for leading office environments.
  • The state of big city, downtown offices.
  • The impact of technology on the OCS business.
  • How OCS is performing beyond white collar locations.
  • What leading operators experienced in 2021 and the outlook for the rest of 2022.
  • Why OCS operators may have unprecedented revenue opportunities in some locations.
