Unilever To Expand Slim Fast Plant In Covington, Tenn. To Add Ice Cream Production

The Unilever plant in Covington, Tenn. will be expanding, generating an investment of $100 million and creating approximately 275 new jobs, according to www.food-business-review.com. The facility currently produces Slim-Fast and will add the manufacture of ice cream and frozen novelties to its production line from Unilever brands including Breyers, Klondike, Good Humor, and Popsicle.
