Fresh Roast Systems Announces New Technology For Roasting Consistency

For decades, roast masters have had to rely on time, temperature and keen eye sight to attain the perfect roast. With the development of ColorTrack, from Fresh Roast Systems, Inc., the guess work, potential error and waste of good beans is eliminated. This new product allows you to create the perfect roast every time no matter where you are roasting or the variables that have been thrown into the roasting drum.

ColorTrack is a patented laser system that carefully monitors the color of the bean as changes throughout the roasting process. This unique system can be used in two parts of the roasting process: while roasting or in the lab as part of quality control. Mounted to the outside of any roaster it utilizes the standard sight glass (commercial or in store roaster).

ColorTrack monitors the change in color of the beans and converts this information into a specific value signifying to the roast master where the bean is in the roasting process.

These values allow the operator to adjust the roasters temperature and timing, eliminating error and waste.
