Department Of Energy To Hold Refrigerated Beverage Vending Machine Energy Standards Meeting June 20

The Department of Energy (DOE) is considering amending energy conservation standards for refrigerated beverage vending machines as required by 42 U.S.C. 6295(m)(1)) . On June 4, the DOE published a notice of public meeting and availability of the framework document -- 78 FR 33262 . It will now hold a public meeting June 20, 2013 at the DOE Forrestal Building, Room 8E-089, 1000 Independence Avenue, SW., Washington, D.C. The deadline to comment is July 19, 2013.
