    The Wilbur Curtis G4 Omega coffee brewing system is available in single (OMGS) or twin (OMGT/OMGT10) configurations, with universally-designed vacuum servers. The Omega can brew up to 36 gallons of coffee per hour with a 14.5 gallon tank capacity on the twin unit. Its large brew basket can accommodate up to 28 ounces of gourmet coffee and comes with an integrated high-volume hot water faucet.
