Madison Resident Views Touchscreens As Eye-Catching But Prefers Seeing The Products Themselves

A mid-level manager from Madison, Wis. shares his opinion of touchscreen technology on vending machines with Emily Refermat, managing editor of Automatic Merchandiser and VendingMarketWatch at the National Automatic Merchandising Association Gratitude Tour in Madison, Wis.

While older than the generation Y's he was still impressed with flashy and eye catching touchscreens, but preferred to be able to see the product. He was concerned the product in the machine might not match the image on the screen.
