Mike Disenna, the director of sales and business development for a technology company called Bug Labs, an innovation partner for Fortune 500 organizations that helps organizations innovate in the machine-to-machine market, attended the National Automatic Merchandising Association Gratitude Tour in New York City to find out what new vending machines are capable of today. Interviewed by Elliot Maras, editor of Automatic Merchandiser, DiSenna thinks vending will be seen as a more cost efficient solution to traditional retail.
