Ron Ehrhardt, regional vice president for dining and vending services for the Northeast Region for Canteen Vending Services Inc., notes the outstanding response to the Canteen 2bU machine, which has LED lighting, an LCD panel with nutrition information, and healthy offerings including vegan, kosher, locally sourced, gluten free, organic and natural, during the National Automatic Merchandiser Gratitude Tour in New York City.
