The National Automatic Merchandising Association held its National Expo at Chicago's Navy Pier. The three-day show included more than 250 exhibitors reaching out to vending and office coffee service operators nationwide. Elliot Maras, editor of Automatic Merchandiser magazine and VendingMarketWatch Daily Update, caught up with some operators to get their thoughts about the show.
