Steve Marx, owner of Royal Vending in Maple Grove, Minn. said he is interested in the various technology innovations at the Vendors Exchange International Inc. open house held recently in Cleveland. He said he thinks the Make Informed Nutrition Decision (MIND) video screen will allow vending operators to meet federal nutrition disclosure rules.
