Chuck Batson, vending manager at Coca Cola Bottling of Roseburg, Ore., was impressed by a session at the National Automatic Merchandising Association CoffeeShow on finding profit leaks presented by Fred Parrish, who operates The Profit Experts based in Allen, Texas. At his first CoffeeShow, Batson said he finds the educational content to be much deeper than in previous coffee service education events. The company wants to expand its coffee service.
