Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream made two executive changes, according to www.just-food.com. The company named Rhonda Ramlo executive vice president of marketing, replacing Tyler Johnston who will be retiring this summer. Tony Sarsam has been named executive vice president of sales and operations.
