Two California Men Arrested For Vending Machine Burglary At Car Wash

Police received a report of a burglary in progress at a Speedy Car Wash in Visalia, Calif. and found two men breaking into a vending machine, according to Visalia Times-Delta, Visalia, Calif. The police report said officers found Randy Honeyman and Richard Lawson as well as indications they had already gained access to a change machine.
