Canteen Vending Services Inc. inks deal with NASCAR
Canteen
Vending Services Inc. industry continues a 75-year tradition of innovation with
a new pact as the vending company of NASCAR. The company will use the partnership
to market to NASCAR fans, who show exceptional loyalty to racing sponsors, but
also to energize their own associates through NASCAR endorsed internal programs
such as professional certification, sales incentives and race-inspired uniforms.
CEO Mike Kiser said in a prepared statement, "Our membership in NASCAR's
family of sponsors furthers our uniqueness in the marketplace and allows us to
deliver a delicious and entertaining experience to our customers. It also brings
a new level of pride to our associates, especially our route and technical crew
who perform behind the wheel everyday delivering Canteen's winning vending services."
NASCAR Express Cuisine, Canteen's race-themed vending banks and newest design under its Market Central umbrella, features high octane racing images designed by Sam Bass, the first official licensed artist of NASCAR, well-known among fans. Canteen plans to bring the NASCAR branded destination to 84 markets in the next year. Featured in NASCAR Express Cuisine are some of NASCAR's biggest sponsors, such as Coca-Cola, Kraft and Masterfoods USA. NASCAR Cafe branded products, a Canteen exclusive, are also available. NASCAR Cafe menu items include Crew Chief Double Decker Sausage Biscuits, Point Leader Hot Dogs and Thunder Alley Pancakes. Prices range from $1.25 to $2.00 for most items.
