New Jersey Vending Employee Charged With Embezzlement

Howard Preschel is being charged with one count of embezzlement after allegedly skimming money from an employee benefit program, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney's Office District of New Jersey. He was trustee for the pension trust fund for CMG Vending Inc. which operated, leased and rented vending machines in New Jersey and New York. He is accused of embezzling more than $180,000 as well as failure to file an annual report related to benefits.
