WILLISTON, S.C. – November 6, 2017 – Crane Merchandising Systems, a Crane Co. Company, today announced the availability of its latest VendMAX release featuring the addition of remote services such as planogram updates and price changes, eliminating costly visits to machines.
VendMAX is the best-in-class vending management system known for transforming hundreds of vending and delivery operations over the last 25 years. It provides flexibility and choice for vending operators, offering on-premises or hosted deployment; vending, office coffee, and micro market integration; and a growing suite of mobile apps.

VendMAX users with MEDIA machines are now able to create and update planograms from their desktop and deliver them to their machines over the air. Operators can also remotely change prices and nutritional information, build their own product information, and add graphics from Crane’s master library of branded products.

This VendMAX release offers additional improvements including enhanced sales tax reporting for MarketConnect, integration to Company Kitchen micro markets, support for Canadian taxes on delivery invoices, and improved troubleshooting for LightSpeed integration.
An Intelligent Store subscription is required for operators to update their machines over the air. Remote updates such as product and price changes can now be configured and scheduled in VendMAX, extending the capabilities of the powerful remote services suite for connected MEDIA machines.
