Chocolate May Have Heart Health Benefits

June 26, 2017

A recent study from Harvard University suggests a link between moderate chocolate consumption and a significantly lower risk for irregular heartbeats. The analysis conducted by Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in conjunction with Danish scientists involved more than 55,500 subjects. Those who ate two to six servings per week had a 20 percent lower chance of the irregular heartbeats, one of the major contributors to clots, stroke, and heart failure.
