Accent Food Services (AFS) has completed an asset purchase agreement and will integrate High Sierra Vending & Coffee Company with its existing operations. Jeff Johnson, Founder and CEO will join the Executive leadership team as Vice President, High Sierra Division. Mark Gregory, Director of Sales, will lead the customer retention and new business sales. This is the third transaction AFS has completed in the Reno/Sparks marketplace this year.
