Aurora, IL: Bravilor Bonamat, LLC, a manufacturer of commercial beverage machines to the vending, office coffee service, convenience store and hospitality markets, proudly announces that industry veteran, Chris Lavina, has joined the North American Sales team, effective immediately.
Chris began his career in the coffee business with Araban Coffee in Boston. Recruited into Nestlé’s Specialty Coffee SBU, Chris developed a new distributor network and was part of the team responsible for introducing Scanomat to North America. Upon the successful integration of the Specialty Coffee SBU into Nestle Foodservice, Chris launched Austin Walsh Beverage Specialists. AWBS worked with many beverage companies, developing sales strategies and managing equipment. After selling AWBS, Chris joined Wholesome Sweeteners and developed a long term partnership between Wholesome and Diamond Crystal Brands.
“Our 2016 growth has been significant, we needed to bring on an experienced coffee veteran to orchestrate our sales expansion. Chris will focus on the East Coast market”, said Arjan de Groot, Managing Director of Bravilor Bonamat North America. “Chris is a dynamic and entrepreneurial sales manager who can maximize distribution channels and co-ordinate our continuing expansion. Together with Eric Covelli, Sales Manager, who has been pioneering the North American market since 2014, we’ll have a great team to manage our further growth.”
To support the North American market, Bravilor Bonamat has recently invested in an entirely new pallet racking system in our 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Aurora, IL, further optimizing stock levels of equipment and parts.
