US Foods is suing Performance Food Group (PFG) over an alleged confidentiality beach, according to Nation’s Restaurant News (NRN). US Foods filed a lawsuit last week claiming that two of its former sales representatives stole confidential sales information and used it to steal customers for PFG, where the pair went to work after leaving US Foods.
The lawsuit, against sales representatives Don Harris and Ira Fenton, as well as PFG, claims that the information was used to undercut US Foods’ prices, NRN reports.
