Improperly Stocked Beverage Machines & Machine Malfunction Cause Frustration At College Campus

April 24, 2015

Students at Henderson State University are developing increasingly negative views of vending machines as a few of the venders on the Arkadelphia, AR, campus are not working properly, reports The Oracle. The first issue is that the devices do not always dispense product when money is inserted. However, Pepsi, who provides the vending service, has tried to rectify that issue. The second continuous challenge seems to be the fact that beverages are placed in the wrong slots. In one machine two students cited pressing the Mountain Dew button. One received a root beer and the other a Sierra Mist.
