Man Becomes Belligerent After Losing $2 In Vending Machine, Faces Charges

Police in Charleston, WV, arrested and charged a man who they say became belligerent after losing $2 in a vending machine, WCHSTV reports. According to a criminal complaint, the man is charged with willful disruption of governmental process, obstructing an officer and assault after an incident. The source reports that after the man lost his money in the vending machine he became loud, disrupted a meeting and threatened a snack bar worker.
