NRN: Top Five Fruit, Vegetable Trends In 2015

Different is good. At least that’s what the National Restaurant Association found when it polled 1,300 chefs as part of its What’s Hot survey. Nation’s Restaurant News reports the top five fruit and vegetable trends determined from the poll: exotic fruits, organic produce, unusual/uncommon herbs, heirloom apples and locally grown produce.
