WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dole Food Company, Inc. announced the appointment of Johan Linden as its new President & Chief Operating Officer. The Company also announced the retirement of C. Michael Carter, the Company’s former President & Chief Operating Officer.

He has a breadth of global and day-to-day operational experience that will enable us to focus even more on creative initiatives and strategic decision-making.
