Although smartphone payment options are gaining popularity, it turns out that cash and debit card payments aren’t exactly dead to Millennials. NPR reports that Millennials ages 18 to 24 preferred to pay with debit cards. In a study put together by the Federal Reserve Bank, younger generations also reported using cash more than their elders.
