Feb. 18, 2015

Apple, Inc. has filed a patent for Apple Pay 2.0 with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that will expand Apple Pay’s current list of functions. According to PYMNTS, the new version of Apple Pay will include coupon redemption, ticketing functionality and loyalty in addition to a low-power enabled NFC feature for payments.
