Lavazza Looks To Acquire Two Coffee Brands For $708 Million

Lavazza, the Italian coffee company, has made a binding offer to acquire two French coffee brands, according to Reuters. The company looks to purchase Mondelez International’s Grand Mere brand and D.E. Master Blenders’ (DEMB) L’Or for $708 million. The two coffee brands were put up for sale with the merger of Mondelez International’s coffee business with DEMB.  Full article.
