San Antonio, TX,  December 15, 2014 — Parlevel Systems, a leading provider of telemetry  and management solutions for vending operators and office coffee services providers, announced it has reached agreements with two Midwestern vending operators for its cloud-based route management and telemetry services. The two operators are J.R. Davis Vending, a full line operator headquartered in Linton, Indiana, and Midwest Refreshments, a full service vending company in Dayton, Ohio.

“We are delighted to work with these two successful vending operators, each of which have outstanding reputations for delivering the highest level of service in their markets,” said Alan Munson, Parlevel’s co-founder and chief commercial officer. “Parlevel is committed to going the extra mile with hands-on support for each vending operator. Through our solution, both J.R. Davis and Midwest Refreshments can efficiently run their business from the office, or in the field, without having to purchase any hardware or download complex software.”

As a cloud-based solution, the Parlevel Vending Management System (VMS) allows vending operators and coffee, tea and water services providers to manage their business from any location.  No special hardware is required, and as an Internet-based offering, operators don’t have to download expensive and complicated software. Parlevel VMS provides operators with a comprehensive feature set that substantially improves productivity and reduces cost. These include the ability to create, view, and manage operations; generate and manage invoices; and track all inventory, pricing, equipment, and assets.

J.R. Davis Vending serves a wide range of customers throughout southern Indiana. Its products include hot and cold food items, beverages, coffee and tea, as well as snacks. The company has been in in operation for 28 years.

“We decided to work with Parlevel because of its easy-to-use technology, and commitment to work side-by-side with us throughout the entire implementation and training process,” said Aaron Davis, general manager of J.R, Davis Vending. “Many other providers focus on selling software, and let the operators try to figure it out on their own. Parlevel takes a different approach by helping vending operators through every step of deployment.”

Midwest Refreshments has served Ohio’s Greater Miami Valley area since 1969. The company offers its customers a full line of hot and cold food, as well as beverages, coffee and healthy snack options.

“Parlevel is unique in that many of the company’s executives have hands-on experience in the vending industry,” explained Bill Meckstroth, co-owner of Midwest Refreshments. “This expertise made the decision to partner with Parlevel an easy one. We speak the same language, and they know instinctively how to apply technology that will translate into results.”
