Ellen Oran Kaden To Retire From Campbell On May 1, 2015

CAMDEN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Campbell Soup Company (NYSE:CPB) today announced that Ellen Oran Kaden, Senior Vice President – Chief Legal and Public Affairs Officer, has informed the company of her decision to retire from Campbell on May 1, 2015. Kaden, 63, has served as Campbell’s chief legal officer since she joined the company in 1998. She will step down from her current role on January 31, 2015, and serve as Senior Advisor to the CEO through May 1.

Denise Morrison, Campbell’s President and Chief Executive Officer, said, “During more than 16 years of distinguished service to Campbell, Ellen has built a world class legal department, government affairs team, and public affairs and corporate social responsibility group. The company will conduct a search for Kaden’s successor. Both internal and external candidates will be considered.
