ICO Reports World Coffee Exports Down In August 2014

The International Coffee Organization (ICO) reported that world coffee exports were down to 8.85 million bags in August 2014, compared with 8.95 million bags in August 2013. Exports in first eleven months of coffee year 2013/14 (Oct/13 to Aug/14) fell by 2 percent in comparison with the first eleven months of the last coffee year. Arabica exports totaled 69.18 million bags compared to 69.17 million bags the previous year. Robusta exports totaled 40.31 million bags compared to 42.17 million bags. Full report.
