Thief Hits Up Pennsylvania Rest Stop Vending Machines…Again

Video surveillance caught a man burglarizing vending machines located at two rest stops in Columbia County, PA, according to WNEP.  The money collected from the machines—owned by North Central Sight Services—goes towards helping the blind and visually impaired.
