Diamond Foods Plans Expansion In Growing Ready-To-Eat Popcorn Market

Diamond Foods is launching Kettle and Pop Secret brand ready-to-eat (RTE) popcorn in 2014, to meet the growing category demand, according to Food Business News. While the microwave popcorn category has been declining, Diamond Foods estimates the RTE popcorn market category to be more than $600 million in annual sales.
