FCC Proposes New Net Neutrality Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will propose new net neutrality rules that would allow Internet service providers to negotiate with companies who are willing to pay for faster downloads and content streaming, according to the New York Times. The proposal comes after a federal appeals court struck down agency rules made to guarantee a free and open Internet, for the second time. Full article.
