SmithAmundsen Law Firm To Host Zero-Cost Seminar On Accommodating Employees With Disabilities On May 8

NAMA Knowledge Source Partner and SmithAmundsen Law Firm Partner, Heather Bailey, along with Jill Cheskes, will present a free seminar and Webinar on May 8, 2014 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. CST on the reasonable accommodation process and its overlap with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and workers' compensation. The program will explore some common issues that arise between the ADA, the FMLA and workers' compensation laws, and how not to fall into common loop holes.
