Avanti Markets Hosts Micro Market Seminar At OneShow, April 10

March 25, 2014

Jim Brinton, CEO of Avanti Markets will be hosting an hour long session on taking micro market operations to the next level at the NAMA OneShow on Thursday, April 10 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Learning Center, located in front of the OneShow Exhibit Hall entrance.

“My passion for micro markets has always been in the ability to help and motivate others to be successful in this industry, and I look forward to the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with all attendees at the NAMA OneShow,” said Brinton in a prepared statement. Going from a vending mindset of operating to a micro market mindset is new and scary to many operators, according to the release. Brinton will take the time to help educate operators on how he changed his own operations and some key important tips to take away as many operators join the micro market industry in 2014. With 450+ markets in Brinton’s own operations in the Northwest, he will bring a lot of knowledge that operators certainly don’t want to miss out on at the OneShow. Moderated by Elyssa Allahyar, vice president of sales and marketing for Avanti Markets, this will be an interactive session that will allow for operators to ask questions throughout the presentation and walk away with important tips to grow and build their micro market operations.

Important topics that will be covered:

  • Product warehousing and fresh food line expansions
  • Ideal route driver mentality and market truck fleet
  • Target density and growth strategy
  • Operational expansion of market management personnel
