The Iowa Automatic Merchandising Association (IAMA) announced that it is co-sponsoring a U.S. Senate Candidate forum in conjunction with the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB). Vending and refreshment services business owners from across Iowa are invited to attend.
“This is an excellent opportunity for IAMA to expand is grassroots coalition building efforts within the small business community,” said Eric Dell, NAMA’s senior vice president of government affairs in a prepared statement.
Iowa State Senators Joni Ernst, Mark Jacobs and Matt Whitaker will attend. Congressmen Bruce Braley and Sam Clovis are also invited. All candidates will answer questions from journalists and small business owners in attendance.
The forum will be held at the Embassy Suites Downtown Hotel in Des Moines, Iowa on Tuesday, March 18, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. IAMA members and their employees may attend at no cost. Non-IAMA members are invited to attend for a cost of $20 per person.
