Avanti Markets announced starting Feb. 3, 2014, Stu Case, NCE5 and CCS certified, joined the Avanti Markets team. “We were certainly excited to bring Stu’s experience in the vending and office coffee industry to our dynamic team, and we look forward to the knowledge he will bring to both Avanti and our customers,” said Elyssa Allahyar-Steiner, vice president of sales and marketing at Avanti Markets, in a prepared statement.
According to the release, Case’s experience in the vending, office coffee and food service industry is going to make him a great asset to the Avanti team as he starts managing the West Coast region in which he resides. His new role will allow for him to do what he loves, and that is working with operators to grow, learn and become successful in the micro market industry. “Avanti Markets is a driving force behind the success and recognition of micro markets as a new and important channel in our industry, and I’m very excited to be a part of the organization” said Case.
Formerly with Burdette Beckmann, Case has been in the industry for over 30 years. He has been able to receive many different recognitions in his time including: 2001 CAVC Supplier of the Year, 2005 NAMA Vending Allied Member of the Year, 2010 Automatic Merchandiser Broker of the Year and most recently 2013 NAVA William “Bill” Herbord Award. “Stu understands our customer, their business, and the benefits of entering into micro markets, and we are looking forward to seeing his success with Avanti Markets,” said Jim Brinton, CEO of Avanti Markets.
