Trend: Consumers Seek Ethnic-Inspired Foods For Breakfast

Asian and Latin cuisine is having a growing impact on U.S. breakfast trends, according to American Egg Board. As Technomic’s 2013 Breakfast Trend Report notes, 39 percent of consumers aged 18 to 24 are looking for more ethnic items and flavors to be offered at breakfast. Full article.
