A young entrepreneur in the vending industry is unconcerned with the impending calorie disclosure regulation, according to the Florida Times-Union. Brandon Stallings, president of SmartBox, an independent healthy vending company based in Jacksonville, Fla., places machines that already have nutrition information for each product as well as accept cashless payment.
