Apriva announced that Brian Sadowski, the company’s senior vice president of information technology, will participate in a panel session on data analytics at ITEXPO Miami 2014. The event is scheduled for Jan. 28 to 31 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, Fla. The presentation, “The Relationship Between Big Data and the Customer Experience,” is set for Jan. 30 at 12:30 p.m.
In his presentation, Sadowski will explain why businesses should leverage available data to achieve core business objectives. Using real world examples, Sadowski will describe the steps businesses can take to cost-efficiently retrieve and interpret data to help develop a deeper and more satisfying customer experience.
