USA Technologies, Inc. (USAT) announced that it is among the winners of the SmartCEO 2014 Future 50 awards for Greater Philadelphia, Pa.
The Future 50 awards program recognizes the region's 50 fast-growth, mid-sized companies, five large blue chip companies and five small emerging growth companies. The companies were chosen based on a combined three-year average of revenue and employee growth. The group will be recognized in the January/February 2014 issue of Philadelphia SmartCEO magazine and celebrated at an awards ceremony on Jan. 16, 2014.
"The companies we are honoring this year are growing in spite of the economic hardships we have all been facing," said Craig Burris, founder and CEO of SmartCEO, in a prepared statement. "They are moving their customers, the economy and the Greater Philadelphia region forward and deserve to be recognized for their achievements and growth."
Stephen P. Herbert, chairman and CEO of USA Technologies, will be accepting the award for USA Technologies. "We are honored to be among the 2014 Future 50 winners. We also extend our thanks to our customers for their role in this achievement and their shared vision for bringing the convenience of cashless payment to the unattended retail market."
