NCA Launches Convention Mobile App

Jan. 15, 2014

The National Coffee Association (NCA) has launched a simple-to-use iPad, iPhone and Andriod NCA Convention Mobile App that gives attendees everything they need to know about convention and more all at their fingertips.

The app can be used to explore convention information such as schedules, floor plans, exhibitor info, speaker bios and session descriptions. The app also makes networking an easy and productive experience. Convention delegates will be able to select an individual they would like to connect with through the app's "Attendee" module. This feature will allow users to send emails and keep the conversation going during and well beyond the end of convention.

The app is built with two features that will make the convention a more enjoyable experience. The "Crack The Code" game will light your competitive spirit as you collect points by entering codes from exhibitor booths. All users will compete against each other in a scramble to be the convention's first ever "Crack The Code" Champion. For those who want to explore the great city of New Orleans, La., the "Top Spots" module will show you a map of the city, great places to eat and visit.

Lastly, users can customize their own convention experience with the "My Show" module. You can add contacts, exhibit booths, city information, notes and schedules and recall them whenever you need.
