New York Governor Vetos Tax Break For Vending Items

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has vetoed a bill giving vending items a tax exemption, according to Democrat & Chronicle. The bill, A7705 Magee, would have exempted food and beverages sold from a vending machine for $1.50 or less from sales and use tax. Full article.
