Oct. 31, 2013

Les Kollegian, CEO at Jacob Tyler, a full-service, brand communications agency, will present Nov. 6, 2013 at the Customer Engagement Technology World event at New York’s Javits Convention Center.

Entitled Assembling the Omnichannel Dream Team: Building Continuity Through All Channels to Ensure Success,” Kollegian's presentation will discuss how companies currently engaging in omnichannel marketing can increase sales and strengthen both vendor and customer relationships.

“Omnichannel seems to be the new “buzzword” in 2013 and enterprise brands are now looking for something fundamentally different and a tangible heightened value from their consumer relationships. However, many of our clients don’t understand how important it is for both internal and external teams to to communicate effectively not only with each other, but about their brand,” said Kollegian in a prepared statement. “I’m looking forward to the presentation and providing some key takeaways about omnichannel customer strategies that will help them have a long-term and channel-agnostic approach to managing and optimizing these relationships.”
