Federal Reserve To Appeal Overruling Of Debit Swipe Fee Cap

Attorneys for the Federal Reserve told the judge who overruled the current cap on debit card swipe fees that they planned to appeal the court ruling, according to CNN Money. They asked the judge to leave the current 21 cent cap until the appeals court decision, but the judge was more inclined not to do so. Full article
