West Virginia Eliminates Food Tax, But Not For Vending

Legislation phasing out taxes on food in West Virginia has reached its end and people in that state no longer pay any taxes on food from retailers, according to the Telegram news. However, taxes on soft drinks, food from vending machines and prepared food are still being taxed. Full article.
